We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit to ourselves. We will issue a credit note if the size/colour required is not available at the time of exchange.
Refunds are only available on faulty merchandise and will be made to the credit/debit card used for payment. Postage charges for returns that are not the liability of Ashley Bond Shoes Ltd, will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note that on special promotional offers such as the ‘buy 1 pair and get 1 free’ no exchanges or refunds can be made on the free pair.
The price is inclusive of any payable VAT in the UK, calculated at 17.5%.
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true. Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the UK Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
Orders should be received within a maximum of 5 working days, excluding bank holidays. Normal delivery period is 3 working days. Ashley Bond Shoes will cover the postage and packing cost of your order within the UK Mainland only. Postage outside the UK will be charged £15.
Delivery times are either 3 to 5 days for stock that we have in our UK Warehouse, or up to 28 days (typically 5 to 10 working days) for stock that we have to order from our supplier in Italy. We will try to deliver orders as quickly as is possible.

If your chosen goods are available your order will be processed. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit or debit card, postal order or cheque. Your products will be dispatched to you once we have received payment clearance.
If for any reason we do not receive payment clearance we will be under no obligation to dispatch your order.
